These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the X•Channels application. By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is designed to allow users to explore and watch publicly available videos from YouTube. You may create and manage your own categories, channels, and search keywords locally on your device. All customization and preferences remain private and are not shared externally.
X•Channels does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. All your preferences, saved channels, and data are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to any external server.
All video content is sourced through the YouTube Data API. X•Channels does not host, own, or control any videos displayed in the app. The availability, quality, and appropriateness of videos depend entirely on YouTube and the original creators. We are not responsible for removed, restricted, or inaccurate content.
Use of any YouTube content is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
All video copyrights, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective YouTube creators and content owners. X•Channels makes no claim of ownership over any videos or media displayed through the app. The X•Channels name, logo, and app design are intellectual property of DiversifyApps.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to distribute harmful or malicious software, or to infringe upon copyright, trademark, or other rights of others. The App is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with applicable laws.
X•Channels is provided “as is” without any warranty or guarantee of performance. We are not responsible for damages, data loss, or any issues resulting from the use of YouTube content through the App. All responsibility for viewing or interacting with external content lies solely with the user.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available within the app or on our website.
