These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the X•Baskets application (iPhone, iPad, and Mac). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
X•Baskets helps you organize and manage ETF/portfolio information locally on your device via configurable “baskets.” The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use and for informational/organizational purposes only.
X•Baskets does not require account creation or sign-in. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data. All preferences and portfolio entries remain on your device.
X•Baskets does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Any models or rebalancing strategies (e.g., “Rebalance to Original,” “Follow the Winners,” “Arbitrage,” “Invest & Hold”) are general tools. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make and for verifying all information before acting. Consider consulting a qualified professional.
Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, passcodes, backups, and access control. We are not responsible for loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from your device settings or third-party actions.
The X•Baskets app, design, logos, graphics, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the app or its assets except as permitted by applicable law.
You agree not to use X•Baskets for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or to interfere with the app’s operation. You agree not to upload malicious code or attempt to bypass any security measures.
X•Baskets is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, or goodwill; or financial losses arising from or related to your use of the app.
Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in your country or region of residence, unless local law requires otherwise.
