These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the X.Music application. By using the app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
X.Music allows users to explore and watch publicly available music videos from YouTube. Content is organized by channels, artists, and categories for better discovery. All customization (such as viewing preferences) is handled locally on your device.
You are not required to create an account or submit any personal information to use this app. All data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted externally.
All video content is sourced via the YouTube Data API. X.Music does not host or control the content displayed. Availability and quality depend on YouTube and the original publishers. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, removals, geo-blocking, or offensive content within third-party videos.
To optimize performance and minimize direct API calls, X.Music periodically fetches public video metadata from selected official YouTube music channels and artists and stores video links on our secure server. The app retrieves these links instead of calling the YouTube API in real time. This process involves no personal data and adheres to YouTube’s public data usage policies.
All copyrights, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective creators and rights holders. X.Music makes no claim of ownership over any third-party media displayed via the app.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or to interfere with the app’s operation. You agree not to upload malicious code, circumvent technical measures, or violate YouTube’s Terms of Service.
X.Music is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app or from third-party content accessed through YouTube.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
