X•News allows users to explore and watch publicly available news videos from YouTube. News content is grouped into categories such as More Neutral, Left-Leaning, and Right-Leaning channels for better context and organization. All customization (such as category preferences) is handled locally on your device.
You are not required to create an account or provide any personal information to use this app. All preferences and data are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted externally.
All video content is sourced via the YouTube Data API. X•News does not host, own, or control the displayed videos. Availability and quality depend on YouTube and original publishers. We are not responsible for any political bias, inaccuracies, or offensive material contained in third-party content.
To enhance performance and reduce API usage, X•News periodically fetches and stores publicly available video links from selected YouTube news channels on our secure server. The app retrieves these stored links instead of calling the YouTube API directly. This process involves no personal data and fully complies with YouTube’s public data usage policies.
All copyrights, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective YouTube creators and content owners. X•News makes no claim of ownership over any third-party content displayed through the app.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate copyright, trademark, or YouTube’s Terms of Service. The app is intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
X•News is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, losses, or harms arising from your use of the app or from third-party content accessed via YouTube.
